Level 1 benefits, plus QTdrugs™ supplemental data (now provided at CredibleMeds® in popups for each drug). Supplemental data includes commonly used brand names, main therapeutic uses, QT-relevant routes of administration, and market status; and FDA label information, such as mention of QT increase or TdP, ECG recommendations, warnings for cLQTS, contraindicated concomitant medicines, and QT-relevant clinical conditions for conditional-risk drugs. You may also export supplemental data in an XLS format. | $25,000 annual fee |

Multiple-year subscriptions are available. The posted rates are discounted 10% for two-year prepaid subscriptions or 15% for three-year prepaid subscriptions.
