AZCERT currently offers the following Annual* Subscription Plans for use of its technology under the terms of use defined in the AZCERT End User Subscription Agreement appended to this order:
License to Embed QTdrugs™ Technology in Commercial Products
| QTdrugs™ Level 1 |
Use of AZCERT’s QTdrugs™ List in one or more of the Licensee’s commercial products such as drug databases or decision support programs without the use of the QTdrugs™, AZCERT or CredibleMeds® brand in technical or promotional materials. | $20,000 annual fee |
| QTdrugs™ Level 2 |
Level 1 benefits, but with approved attribution to CredibleMeds®, AZCERT, and/or QTdrugs™ name/logo/brand in communications and/or marketing. | $25,000 annual fee |
| QTdrugs™ Level 3 |
Level 2 benefits, plus QTdrugs™ supplemental data (now provided at CredibleMeds® in popups for each drug). Supplemental data includes commonly used brand names, main therapeutic uses, QT-relevant routes of administration, and market status; and FDA label information, such as mention of QT increase or TdP, ECG recommendations, warnings for cLQTS, contraindicated concomitant medicines, and QT-relevant clinical conditions for conditional-risk drugs. You may also export supplemental data in an XLS format. | $30,000 annual fee |

Multiple-year subscriptions are available. The posted rates are discounted 10% for two-year prepaid subscriptions or 15% for three-year prepaid subscriptions.
